Old Overholt Cask Strength Straight Rye 11 year 750 ML

Old Overholt Cask Strength Straight Rye 11 Year (750ml, 57.1% ABV) delivers an old-school rye amplified by eleven years in oak. Expect a fragrant nose of citrus peel, caramel and warm baking spice; the palate is boldblack pepper, clove and toasted oak layered with vanilla and a hint of dried cherry. At cask strength (114.2 proof), it rewards careful dilution, opening savory complexity and a long, warming, peppery finish. Ideal neat or with a few drops of water, it also lifts robust cocktails like a rye Manhattan. A standout bottle for collectors, cocktail aficionados, or anyone who prizes concentrated, age-driven rye character.
